Dana 30 LCA Skid Plate
If you have smashed your factory lower control arm tabs on your Dana 30, then you already know why we decided to make these. This 3/16" steel skid plate is a weld on plate to protect and stiffen the lower control arm mounts on a Dana 30 or the TJ Rubicon Dana 44 axle. This is one of the best bang for your buck upgrades that you can do to protect a Dana 30. These skid plates even have a clearance hole to access grease fittings on aftermarket control arms

Dana 30 Protection Package
This is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy to protect your Dana 30 front axle. This kit addresses the three most vulnerable areas on a factory Dana 30 axle. This package includes weld on lower control arm skid plates to protect your factory lower arm mounts from the rocks. A front differential guard is included to protect the this factory differential cover. A weld on upper control arm mount gusset is included to strengthen the passenger side upper control arm mount. This is especially helpful with radius arm kits.

The steering box on most Jeeps is located in a very vulnerable location. Zone Offroad steering box skid plates are designed to maximize ground clearance while still offering as much protection as possible. All skid plates use multiple attachment points. This allows the skid plate to distribute the load of extreme impacts against the rocks of whatever you run in to!

Solid Steel Differential Guards
Whether playing on the rocks or in the woods, your differential is a very exposed and vulnerable component. These differential guards are constructed with a 7/8" solid steel rod that is formed to protect the differential. This 7/8" solid ring is supported by 5/8" solid steel rod that is all attached to a 1/4" steel plate. The guard's design is not only rock solid, but it was also designed to fit as tight as possible to the differential to maximize the approach angle as well as ground clearance.Button head fasteners are used eliminate the chance of getting hung up on a bolt head. In addition to the style of fasteners used, the heads of the bolts are also powder coated to match the differential guard.
